Walked past Bobbi Brown counter today in the midst of getting a present from a friend & saw the Cabana Corals Collection from Bobbi Brown on display.
Can't help stopping to test those pretty shimmerbricks & here is what that testing resulted in.
Shimmerbrick in Nectar, the soft coral glow it gives is lovely and I was totally sold when the beauty advisor tried in on my checks. When used lightly, it gives off the effect of a highlighter & pigmented enough to work as a blusher. It created dimensions which was flattering, even the BF nodded in agreement.
Shimmerbrick in Pink Quartz works well as a highlighter & the color isn't as pigmented as the other shimmerbricks I tested. It works great when applied with a light hand for a soft sheen on top of the blusher.
And I gotten pot rouge in Cabo Coral, this is a straight coral shade & I like this color! It is something different from the usual pinks and nothing too brownish. The peachy coral gives a nice flush to the skin and the round pot is simply wonderful for travel and bringing out.
I am hardly a pink person and have always been a fan of corals, so this collection really does it for me.
